Many clients opt to continue with additional coaching sessions and receive greater depth to Maintain, Achieve, and Sustain. You'll learn to set boundaries to weed out clutter and distractions. You'll develop strategies that keep you confident and poised.

In this 75-minute session designed specifically for Springboard clients, you'll work with Dr. Lani Nelson-Zlupko to help you maximize your ability to handle career reentry challenges with calm, composure, and confidence. Key components of this work include gaining tools to increase emotional mastery, tools for better managing new career challenges, tools for handling significant life challenges, strategies for maximizing work-life balance, and strategies for maintaining professional poise and command - regardless of what comes "over the wall."

If you sign on for additional sessions beyond the Springboard consultation, you will transition to LNZ Consulting for scheduling and billing.

  • Dr. Lani Nelson-Zlupko is founder and president of LNZ Consulting, providing career-life consultation for women so they can maximize their potential while effectively balancing their work and personal lives. With over 20 years of professional experience as a therapist and consultant, Lani's helps women quickly identify what they want more of and less of in their lives. Lani helps women develop personal and professional skills to better manage difficult relationships, conversations and boundaries. She coaches women to gain the necessary confidence, clarity and fortitude to overcome obstacles and move forward. Her energetic and optimistic approach refreshes clients and helps them "skill up" for career, family and life. Educated at Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania, Lani is nationally recognized for her work in women's issues. She has developed treatment strategies for women that have become training models across the country. She is on faculty at the University of Pennsylvania where she advises doctoral students and remains connected to the very latest research on strategies that work best for her clients. Over the years, she has helped numerous women, families and organizations through the change process. Lani provides workshops and seminars in addition to one-on-one consultation. She is passionate about her work. Lani believes that confident, well-adjusted women are the backbone of every generation. She is a wife and mother of three who carefully tends her own work-family-life balance.
