We maintain an opt-in email list of job seekers re-entering the workforce or transitioning to a new career. We send a weekly email that contains all of our job opportunities, along with job search and career development resources. We're proud of our email open rate that ranges from 44% to 50%, outpacing the norm of 8-10% in the professional services industry. Our list grows at about 10% per month, with a low opt-out rate. We also disseminate our email campaigns through social media, extending our reach to many more.
