Elizabeth is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) with 15+ years in the Human Resources and Compliance industries within the financial services and university sectors. She transitioned to career development and has been writing resumes and LinkedIn profiles for clients throughout many industries since 2013. During the pandemic, she completed over 300 resumes and coached many of her clients on how to successfully interview online, and also shared tips on networking with potential managers and recruiters using LinkedIn.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics with a minor in Theology from Duquesne University, a Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University, and a Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University with a concentration in Human Resources.
Jennifer is a professional resume writer who possesses more than 20 years of hands-on experience creating corporate communications and high-impact business writing. During an 18-year tenure as a senior leader at Bank of America, Jennifer was responsible for writing a versatile mix of compelling content in the areas of broadcast scripting, executive talking points, executive presentations, employee communications and media relations copy.
Beginning her freelance writing and editing career in late 2013, Jennifer has spent time building a respectful professional brand and an admirable portfolio of business writing that includes professional and executive resumes, LinkedIn profiles, video/tutorial scripting, sales and marketing material, copywriting and creative writing.
